Awesome bike. Great customer service.
I've had my Swift Horse bike for almost a year and can say the bike is very well made and stands up to the beating I put on it mountain biking. Further, any issues I have had with the bike (mainly due to my hardcore riding style) have been addressed by the customer service team immediately. I have been working with Ande since I got the bike early on and he's literally a text message away to help me with any questions I have. He also sends me detailed videos on how to change parts when required so I can fix the bike myself. The customer service provided by Ande and team is the best I have ever had in any industry. He's like a reliable friend! I tell everybody about Freesky. You can't go wrong if you want a bike that will take a beating, is very reliable and has a great customer service team that stands by their product.

Fantastic Freesky rear basket
Fast shipping. Easy to navigate website. Great product- my husband is extremely impressed with the rear basket and can't wait to use it when he takes his electric bike to hunt deer. Great asset for carrying his backpack and bow.

LOVE MY BIKE
I love my bike!! I love being able to enjoy my city with the use of my bike! Battery life is amazing & so easy to control!! I've had countless days and hours on my bike

Freesky ranger e bike
I wanted a dual motor e bike and got just the bike from this company very pleased with the quality and price I found the after support very good and easy to communicate the bike does all it promised that's why I give 5 stars

Excellent job!
Had to ask about lead times on a couple of front baskets for my bike and mentioned a small issue that I was having previously. Jensen answered all of my questions fast and took care of me like somebody that cares about the consumer of their product. Excellent job 💪🏻
