Great Bikes and Excellent Customer Service
Purchased The swift horse pro and Alaska Pro in the spring of 2025. The products have lived up to our expectations and had to use customer support and service a few times for some very minor issues. They immediately replaced a few parts and the response time and communication has been excellent!

I'm 64 and have lost 25lbs using PAS 1 on my Swift Horse!
So much fun to ride and I am closing my Apple fitness rings every single day now! Was easy to put together and this bike tames the bumpy streets really well. This is my first e-bike and I hope to get many more miles out of this one. It is extremely sturdy and built like a tank. Everything seems quality and well tuned for this bike. Very happy with my purchase and I would recommend anyone that asks to strongly consider a Freesky Swifthorse because I think it is a whole lot of bike for the price. Freesky support were very prompt in response to a question I had. Hats off Ande! Update: After 5 months and almost 1500 miles, I am even more impressed with this ebike and also customer support! Not that I have needed much support, but every question was always answered promptly and effectively. CS is awesome with Freesky!

La atención fue directa rápida pero se tarda mucho el envío desde china me parece que deberían tener un stock de repuestos aqui en Estados Unidos y asi es más eficaz su servicio

Super fun e-bikes
I bought 2 swift horse e-bikes and my son and I are really enjoying them. The e-bikes really let you get out to a lot of places we wouldn’t normally be able to explore. The fat tires and powerful motor pushes these bikes through the sand with ease. And the range is fantastic. We have so much fun riding. Thank you FREESKY PBUCK

My alaska pro m-520
Well what can I say can't keep of it i love it I'm able to go miles and miles the battery lasts forever in pedal assist mode I can get well over 120 miles and still have three bars off battery on speedo I went out all morning one day to get rid off battery life so I could charge it from flat battery i had three bars left had one bar to go but it keeps going gave up in the end lol this bike is the one, you want to go out for a really long bike ride with out worrying your get a flat battery get this bike

We ordered x2 Boulevard folding bikes…
We ordered x2 Boulevard folding bikes back in the spring. They arrived within a week or so. Totally impressed with the packaging and ease of assembly. We both have over 200 km to date and loving it ! We experienced a minor issue with the shocks and squeaky brakes but Chace was incredibly helpful in resolving them for us . Parting words — absolutely worth the price point . We rode them on roadways and wooded trails (some a little sketchy) and we are both seniors .even loading them up into my pickup bed isn’t too hard . I use a ramp which helps a lot . Five stars to you Freesky !!
