Excellent Service
Good afternoon, This has been an excellent company to do business with so far. Carlos Is a kind patient and well educated person. Great service -- friendly and they know their stuff!
Great service. The person I worked with, Adham, was kind and thorough and looked at numerous options to find me the best path forward to refinance. I would definitely consider LoanDepot again in the future if I wished to refinance again!

I have been working with LoanDepot Agent, Diem Trang. She has been extremely professional, responsive, respective, and has answered all my questions. She has helped to walk me through the application process with a courteous approach. I have never felt rushed. Diem has a bubbly personality that is genuine and puts you at ease. She is a wonderful representative for LoanDepot.

Quicken loans received 5 stars because…
Quicken loans received 5 stars because of Danielle Tynan. She was professional and courteous. She answered all of our questions and was completely patient with my wife’s and I, asking questions and took the time to explain every step. We received an offer for a better rate and slightly less points and she got approval to match as closely as possible since the fees and such had variations, but at the end we came out with a great deal. The process was easy and efficient, but Danielle was who made it the best.
