First of all, the loan officer I dealt with was not totally honest. I was very specific in my request: no points. In my case points made sense but he should have told me first. Then CC Mortgage made an error in my application related to my income. I wrote to state that the number was correct but it was not all related to my salary. The loan officer suggested to leave it as it was otherwise, it would request more paperwork/information on my part. My application was rejected on income ground. I tried to reach them to let know why I still qualify, they never picked up the phone or returned my numerous calls. I'll send them an official letter to let them know how unsatisfied I am. In one word, they promise but they do not deliver and they wasted my time when time was of the essence. I wanted to have my application approved prior to the new tax on refinancing loans

I was able to REFI a home and keep the same rate and lower my payment. The loan processor was very helpful and knowledgeable. Corey Urso has been a very big help!

He spent one hour on the phone with me and outlined so many options in an understandable way. He impressed me so much that I committed to do the deal with LoanDepot by the end of the call.

This company is by far very professional and has great customer service with easy to navigate products. I gave a 4 star rating as we still have 30 days until close and then I could further evaluate their business acumen.
