Excellent first contact, but...
Excellent first contact, explaining procedure, giving me probable rate, terms, closing costs, payment, etc. Sent email for me to connect to my secure site for documents. Tried to open Welcome file, and couldn't. Loan agent, Danny Pic, tried several ways to see if we couldn't make it work, but to no avail. He suggested I download Chrome; I refused because Safari, which is a well known, well used browser, should be compatible with a company the size of loanDepot. He couldn't get help from your IT department. They were busy; probably overloaded. We decided to wait until the next day. Then Danny got busy -- overloaded. So, I relented and downloaded Chrome. And, the next time Danny was available, he helped me make things work. Since then, all has proceeded as planned. We are still near the beginning of the process. Danny is reviewing the documents I sent him. My three star rating is directed at loanDepot's system, not at the good service that I've received from Danny. Please broaden your IT access. Thanks.

Enrique made everything easy and smooth and he knew his business well and could answer all my questions. I’ve been shopping around for months and most companies can’t answer my questions. I’ve been a home owner for over 20 years and have refinanced many times. I always seemed to know more than the people I would talk to, but not with Enrique. He definitely knows this business well.
