We worked with DJ, our loan agent at Loan Depot, who is very experienced and offered us options. We finally get a very good interest rate, reasonably points and with cash out. He is fast getting back to us. He is very responsive. We will work with him again.

This is my first experience with Loan Depot, normally I deal with Quicken, however after having had a number of refi’s I began to understand the numbers. Those numbers from Quicken were of no benefit to me. Loan Depot picked up where Quicken left off and I was EXTREMELY pleased. My loan officer, Pete Beshai, on top of everything else was very patient and had not problem explaining things that I didn’t understand. The entire process thus far has been perfect.

I appreciate working with David Verrot. He was very helpful and answered all my questions and concerns. I felt comfortable working with him. I felt he was trustworthy and knowledgeable which means a lot to me.

Matthew Laster did a great job. He took the time to explain the different choices and options without wasting our time. I am not very computer or phone wise and he did an excellent job of explaining how to take pictures of the different documents that were needed and how to upload them.
