A great refinance experience with Loan Depot
My refinance loan application with Loan Depot was nothing short of five stars. Randy Hegedus, my loan officer was extraordinary and I was most impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. I feel that he had my best interest at heart and got me the best rate and lowest closing costs possible. He listened to my goals for the refi and offered alternatives that met my needs. Additionally, the time from start to finish was extremely short, again thx to Randy. He has my highest recommendation for anyone that wants to refinance their home to get it done quickly and efficiently as well as get the best rate and terms possible. Thx for a job very well done.

Refinancing easy with Cross Country
Paper work was sent electronically. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. Corey was always available to answer any questions. Cross Country made refinancing a very pleasant experience.

Awesome experience!
The Lending officer Jacob Scheiperpeter was extremely professional and patiently answered all my questions regarding the quote and the loan application. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I had been shopping around for weeks now and they gave me the lowest closing costs on the loan. There were no hidden fees and the actual fee on the loan was even a tad lower than the initial estimates I had received. All in all, a great experience with LoanDepot and would definitely recommend trying them out!
