I got an excellent agent to help me process my loan. He explained everything in great detail for me to understand. I have faxed him the paperwork needed to process my loan. I am very pleased. He explained what a good company Loan Depot is.

Selfless Service
Michael McCord from the Loan Depot was possibly the most pleasant and helpful lending officer I've ever worked with. I regret not being able to complete our transaction. It was due only to the fact that I'd previously engaged with a broker who had worked on my behalf and I didn't want to abandon those efforts. Though I disclosed to to him where my heart was at, he continued to take his time, work through an estimate and even walk me through translating the details. Not only was this excellence in action, but it was also a testament to his professionalism and character! Thank you is simply not enough, but it is all I have to offer. Thank you Michael!!

Great Solutions
I was checking online for refi rates a couple days ago. A few minutes later I received a call from Noah at Loan Depot. After briefly talking about my refi needs, he asked if I would like to discuss options with his Loan Officer. I was on a brief hold, then Kyle came on the line and introduced himself. He was wonderful and really helped me find a great solution for my refinance needs. We started the process and I couldn't be more pleased with not only the rate I'll be getting, but the confidence I have that my loan is important to Loan Depot and will be completed in a timely manner.
