Very accommodating & extremely helpful!!!

I ordered the Basic Service Animal ID Kit in a small, which I believed would be best for my service dog. I received an e-mail a few hours later from one of the sales representatives asking me to double check the size and that he felt that the x-small would be best. He was right, the small would have been to large. Also the questions I had were answered to my satisfaction. I've sense then referred their information to another neighbor. Will definitely buy from them again.

I have a service dog whom wore through his vest and when I needed to get a replacement not only was I able to get one that that was aptly fitted but it was designed to perfection. Thank You so much! Prompt delivery and professionalism on all levels.

Excellent good service and quick

Every transaction I've engaged into with Free My Paws has worked seamlessly. The customer service they offer reminds me of days gone past when most every business you purchased products from was found to be exactly as advertised. I've been a customer for only a few years now though several transactions later I've realized flawless from the first to the last. Even issues within their great website were handled within hours and not days even though the issue was actually my own. I was unaware that the ID card expired within a year which was the reason for the recent contact there should be a reminder sent out if possible to inform members web service animals to keep up on that ID card. I also had to get a new vest because he outgrew his and was unable to have his name embroidered on it which I had done on the outside because I will be traveling to several states starting in April I will be traveling overseas also the name on the vest I believe is very good idea people can mention the name and he feels more comfortable and alert

Best $ 99 I've spent in some time, I have leukemia - thankfully in remission at the moment. My 11 pound Westie / Maltie goes everywhere with me and other people automatically stay clear of us when they spot the vest - a double bonus !
