The first time I worked with Free My Paws they were fabulous. I applied for and received a "service dog letter" When I renewed this year, I had to follow-up multiple times to get the letter email to me after I had paid for it. I have requested hard copies of the package which was emailed to me three times (since I do not have a printer) and I am still waiting......Everyone is very polite, but this time the process has been very slow.

I order the Silver Kit for emotional suplort dog, I have a problem because I dont receive the Aluminium ID tag and the ID card and the digital copy, I only receive the red identification vest and the and the printed certificate, I need someone to fix this problem please

Honestly the certificate and card are not legal there isn't enough numbers on the card to be valid . I thought that the cards and certificates were legit

Sizing all wrong. Bought a small for our 10lbs Yorkie and it's way too big.

I purchased the service dog kit for around $145 and received a very cheap looking and basic vest that hardly looks legitimate..and maybe cost 50 cents to make. I also got two ID cards and one "diploma" like document. This was a bit of a let down for $145.

I bought the esl and I did some research and they were saying this website is a hoax so i tried getting a refund. They didn't answer their phones. I got angry. In the end they called back I got my letter and it turns out the phone guy was out sick. So I understood and empathized. I got my cat shortly after. All is fine now.

Nice vest, but shipping was a rip off, no standard option available. Do your research about service animals and do not buy a letter from a "doctor" online. Your regular doctor can do that for you and it's a credible source.
