I ordered some items for my service dog, and was pleasently surprised when I got an e-mail asking if the items I had ordered were for the same dog.! Yep, they actually sent me an e-mail and ask that.! WHY...? Because it turns out one item I had ordered was in a large, but it was designed for a small dog, so large wasn't really large at all.. The other Item I had ordered was in a medium, but made for a large breed dog, it was really big.! After a phone call to them, and a call back to me, my order was filled and shipped very quickly.. The extra patches I ordered were very good quality, and very true to color for the vest... I did end up returning a few items, AND AGAIN, I got an e-mail to say that the company had recieved the return and posted a credit to my charge card.! It didn't take a month to get my credit back either.! I will order from this company again. I was treated with respect, and that means a lot to me.. Thanks, Free My Paws for a job well done..

I accidentally ordered the wrong item. The company immediately recognized this and sent me an email. I was able to straighten out my order and receive the correct product.
