This is the second time we enrolled our Italian Greyhound with Free My Paws and it is so worth it!.......We take her everywhere and are never questioned about bringing her.......One day we will be flying with her and according to the rules, she flies free. Previously, it cost $200 round trip to fly her.....So it has been great....I would and do recommend it to everyone who has a dog.

this company is truly respectful and caring for those individuals with disabilities. I suffer from a PTSD among other diagnoses due to being attacked while working as a police officer. This company educated me of my rights to have a service dog and made it possible for my dog to go everywhere with me. As a result I am able to leave my home more often without as severe of panic attacks.

I ordered a new vest for our service dog with some extra patches that I wanted sewn on. I forgot to mention I needed the patches sewn on so I had to return the vest close to our trip to have it done. The company returned all my frantic phone calls and overnighted the vest back to me at no charge! Jared Adams, the Customer Service Manager, was especially helpful.

My experience with Free My Paws was most pleasurable. If only all companies conducted business the way they do. Jason was most helpful with my unique needs, answered my questions and went out of his way to accommodate me. I certainly will come back to them in the future.
