These people look out for their customers! On my recent purchase I made a mistake where I ordered a small vest instead of "tiny" for my toy poodle. Whoever reviewed my order caught this and I immediately got a phone call to confirm if my order was correct or not :D

Saved us $25 per night for six nights on our recent vacation. Well worth the investment.

Had doubts about jacket size, offered the size I thought would fit. Shortly after my order I got a call from Jarrod Adams double checking size of vest. He said based off of weight the size I chose might be to big. He also emailed me size chart to help in making a decision on best size. I called him back changed size to correct size, which was his recommendation. He also assisted me with getting me blue best instead of red. Thank you Jarrod for all your help!!!!

I had a little issue in the beginning trying to get the order to my cart to pay through pay pal at first. But, I received a call from one of your representative to help resolve the issue, and all went well. I have recommended my friend's who has pets to come to this site to order whatever they needed or suited their pet needs I plan in the future to order more items.. :-) :-) :-)

We received the package very quickly, and it contained the needed supplies. Two things could be better in our opinion. We would have liked to get the dog's name put on the vest, and could we please get a smaller tag to put on the collar. She is a small dog and the tag is quite large. It probably bothers us more than it does her.
