I dont mind my install but my biggest regret was not discovering EnergySage later. It made me realize just how scammed their offer was. Avoid them like the plague, refuse to use Mosaic or any other loan option they give you. You are better off even using a credit card if you look at the underlying numbers. It beats me how I never noticed it. They have extremely inflated prices. Also be diligent with the HOA follows, they did not do it for me which while I managed to get the fine waived, dented my trust in them. After the final payment, my agent has been completely silent, ignoring me completely making me worried how i will even get this services in case something breaks. Use EnergySage to shop for quotes and dont make the same dumb mistakes some of us did.

Your instagram page @ssenergysolutions is being used to attack and insult woman online. It was very disheartening to see such awful things from the person running that page to be said to woman, about many things from they way he thinks all woman act as a whole in general to what specific woman he was speaking to in the comment section look like. It was a very lovely video of an older man giving his wife flowers and he decided to use that page to announce and show his hate for woman. It’s an awful look for your business and will make everyone feel very disgusted and uneasy about your company that this is what you are allowing to happen off of your businesses instagram page. I took screen shots of it all and will be posting reviews with them everywhere I can and also contacting the BBB with it as well if something is not done to handle that situation. I am truly disgusted that someone could be so hateful to woman in a generalization and it coming from your business is truly awful. I see why your business is going so badly and have such awful reviews letting people like that run something as important as your face on social media.

Freedom from electrical bills...forever - What a Scam More like locked in to 25 years of financing paying for a system that maybe generates enough electricity to offset your energy bill in the beginning, but after years of degradation will be obsolete and insufficient. Opinion aside, when they installed my system, they shorted one of the installation rails (skirt) and just connected the two rails together with tape, nothing structural and thought they could hide it. Additionally, they took out multiple permits with the city for the total solar project, electrical sub permit, roofing permit, all with full valuations to cause the total permit valuation against me to be double the project cost. I live in a flood zone and per FEMA regulations I am restricted to renovations at less than 50% of my home's building value, more is considered substantial improvements, and the house would have to be elevated to meet current flood elevation/code. When I brought these issues up with Freedom Forever and asked them to correct the valuations with the city/make it correct, they told me this isn't something they do and couldn't care less. They do shoddy work, go behind the customer's back, try to hide their shady practices and are not there for the customer when needed. If you choose to work with Freedom Forever in the future, just be prepared to work with a con artist version of a company.

I have cancelled the solar installation back in Dec 2023. I have been given a run around from both Mosaic and Freedom Forever regarding the cancellation. Mosaic states they cannot cancel the loan unless Freedom Forever gives notification of cancellation. Mosaic then stated that Freedom rejected my cancellation request. Freedom has confirmed and given me an email stating it was confirmed cancelled back in December of 2023 and continue to confirm confirmation April 26 2024 and mentioned they notified Mosaic April 9 2024. This all of course appears to have some discrepancy as Mosaic has received a rejection to cancel. I would like to get assistance with having this cancelled as both Mosaic and Freedom Forever are holding a lien on my house providing a shady scam mentality business practice.

Everything went smoothly with the original install of the panels, however, we recently needed to have our roof replaced and first, Freedom Forever charges almost $10K to remove the panels and put them back on after the roof is replaced. The day they were supposed to remove the panels, no one showed up or even called. When we called the supervisor of the job, he said half the crew didn't show up for work. Then when we asked for a new date, they said they couldn't get back our for a month. This meant we had to push our roofers. Once the panels were removed, we got a call several days later to pay the removal fee, which was half the amount they charge. They won't take a payment over the phone or via their website, only a wire transfer (more $$). We were told to call once the roofers were done and they would schedule to reinstall the panels. We've called a lot over the last 6 weeks since they roofers finished and the agents who answer the phone all say the same thing....you'll get a call in 7 - 14 days to schedule the reinstall. We have yet to receive a single call. We called again today and asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor called back and said they won't schedule the reinstall until we pay the remainder of the balance. WTH?! They didn't expect payment up front to remove them, but now they want payment up front to even schedule the reinstall??!! What is their motivation to then schedule and actually show up to reinstall the panels? When my husband asked to speak to the supervisor's supervisor, he originally told us no, then said it won't do us any good because they will just tell us the same thing. What honest company expects full payment of the balance before they complete the work? How can they schedule, and complete the removal without a payment, but they want payment first before they even schedule the reinstall.

A very bad experience all around. Freedom Forever has some of the worst communication imaginable, both internally and to their customers. First, the design the salesman, (from a 3rd party sales company) and I agreed upon, was not communicated properly to the install team, so my electrical and batteries were installed on the wrong wall. Next, they didn’t install all of the equipment I have paid for (backup switch so I draw from batteries in case of a grid outage wasn’t installed). They said, “Let’s just get through the inspection and we’ll come back and install everything.” Luckily, I saw right through their lies and put a hold on the financing. Weeks after the inspection, I haven’t heard from them regarding correcting their mistakes, yet they have the nerve to call me and say, “Why is there a hold on financing? We need to get paid.” I let them know I’ll release the hold when the job is actually complete. Weeks later, still no communication. This company is by far the worst I’ve dealt with in any industry.

Extremely aggressive sales tactics by a salesman named Steve, who works with his wife Katie Brown . He combed through the new solar permit listings for my county, then proceeded to show up, unannounced, at my door. Multiple times. His goal was to poach me from my current sales provider by undercutting their offer and encouraging me to break contract. He probably showed up half a dozen times. Additionally, he is now harassing me and doxxed me on social media and posted my permits and financial invoices from other companies, which contains my full legal name, phone number, and street address. The lack of his professional integrity is astonishing.

DON'T, I REPEAT, DON'T. When Freedom Forever solar LLC showed up on my doorstep I was paying only one electric bill to FPL. Now I didn't know anything about solar. I was promised by the sales rep I would save a ton of money, and FPL would be eliminated. The system, Sunrun was installed and did not produce enough. Understand, they have you sign a contract, before your house and roof inspection. I have large trees in my yard shading the roof. Solar was not a good idea for my roof and home and THEY KNEW IT. IT WASN'T ABOUT SAVING ME MONEY, IT WAS ALL ABOUT THE SALE. Now I was paying 2 electric bills, Sunrun and FPL. They told me they were gonna add more panels to eliminate FPL, BUT, forgot to mention it was another contract, ANOTHER SALE, with Mosiac. Now I am paying 3 electric bills , living on SSA, limited funds and making cuts in other expenses just to afford what FREEDOM FOREVER SOLAR LLC DID TO ME. My electric expenses have doubled. NOTHING BUT LIES AND DECEPTION. LISTEN TO ME, FREEDOM FOREVER SOLAR LLC IS A VERY BAD COMPANY. AGAIN, DON'T GO WITH FREEDOM FOREVER SOLAR. They told me it's in the contract that they don't guarantee you will save money. THEY FORGOT TO TELL THEIR SALES REP THAT, OR, THEIR SALES REP WAS ONLY CONCERNED ABOUT THE SALE, NOT SAVING THE CUSTOMER MONEY. FREEDOM FOREVER, YOU WANNA MAKE ME HAPPY, COME TAKE YOUR PANELS OFF MY ROOF AND LET ME GO BACK TO ONE ELECTRIC BILL. FPL.
