I know the solar industry well and I know that it is a long process. A lot of the reviews were probably based on the fact the salespeople didn't fully inform the homeowners well. My solar from point of sales to final PTO took 9 months. Yes there is a lot fo red tape and not everything is smooth - but in the end I have a working system, I'm savings money, I get a check from my tax return, and I'm earning SREC payments

We decided to consider solar after meeting Manny at our door. Their team was installing panels on my neighbors house and Manny helped us booked a meeting for the following day. The day of our meeting, his director Jason came by and went over our solar proposal and design. He was very professional, enthusiastic and down to earth. We normally do not make decisions on the spot but he addressed our questions and concerns and we decided to move forward. He and his team were very responsive throughout the entire process. We got our panels installed and needed help with understanding the production and their team was there for all of our questions post install (this was a fear of mine as we didn't want to be left for dead after install). Service was so great that we referred my mom as well.

I had a great experience with Freedom Forever and have already begun referring family and friends! They have great customer service. My sales rep was very knowledgable and kept me in the loop from start to finish. They addressed any concern I had and was quick to resolve any issues that came up. They really do quality work and have quality equipment. I'm very impressed!

Freedom forever just installed my solar system and I’m very satisfied with the installation process. They were very knowledgeable & they knew exactly what they were doing. Will be telling my family members about them.

Cameron Wright was our representative. We became friends by the time our system was installed. He was easy to interact with. The panels were installed quickly and with no mess, by a friendly crew. The panels are beautiful. We would use Freedom Forever again in a heart beat.

I love their 100% production guarantee. Everyone we dealt with has been great. Going solar is a no-brainer with all of the incentives at this point.
