Fraser EnginesReviews of fraserengineco.com

I guess everyone is too busy these days but waiting for 4 weeks for an engine on my broken down truck is a killer for me and my business. Online ordering doesn't work and I had to wait a whole day and call 7 times before I got a call back. The lady was nice and polite thou.

Very terrible Company to deal with. Poor communication: they don't respond to emails, phone calls, and they'll loop you into a customer service agent that doesn't help you one bit; basically a messenger. Then don't expect to receive a phone call back in regards to it thereafter either. Yes the phone calls are long as customer service wants everything from you but your social security number! Then you'll get a text message offering you $10 for your review. IT'S FAKE, THEY DON'T GIVE YOU ANYTHING. Don't waste your time with this fake company, they'll do nothing but burn your time on an engine job! Check the trust pilot site for recent reviews of this Company as well! I seem to follow the recent bad experiences . AND YES THEY'RE RUDE! ************UPDATE*********** 3/5/22 You cut and paste the review I left for you on to my own business page and YELP as your own, then label it 1 star. That seems to be the norm as other companies have responded; retaliation for your bad service is not necessary. How about a "sorry" or "how can we make things right?" At least have half the decent service I offer to my customers.

I was looking up prices for my 98 Dodge Ram I had to put make and model in at least 3 times advertising everything under the sun pop ups really annoying the Grace out of me but I kept exing them out finally got to my transmission and I can’t get a price until your system emails it to me, Man I just want to see what I need to spend. But no worries compared to all the others your look up was equal or better than most… all n all a frustrating search not completely no fault of my own. So that’s why I gave a score of 3 I would rather just pull up a site and see prices to compare used vs. rebuilt vs. new a dodge 1500 ram w/ 318 transmissions are known to fail so used in this case really not a smart choice but if the site told of a upgraded transmission and there is one in fact doesn’t cost much at all when u buy the rebuild parts.. That’s an option I’d like to see… Also if dodge has a transmission that is in a larger or just an upgraded truck option now that used transmission would appeal to me as well but This information is not easily found I stumbled across it accidentally. Now the bigger transmission I found out personally I went to remove what was supposed to be the same transmission as my truck has, but when we arrived we soon learned this truck had s 360 not a 318 well I figured I’d get it because I can always sell it NP So I searched YouTube & internet and all said they are not interchangeable . But one guy on YouTube said he did it had a video of it and said it was absolutely possible and here’s what you need to do ….bingo Now I’m very happy with my choice cost me my time and $250 bucks I think if you offered this type of information when and what can easily be interchanged. I think it would be huge for your business. Just my opinion anyway I know that would be a big undertaken and opens u guys for unforeseen trouble. But maybe it would make for more sales you could start it out very slow like the dodge 1500 ram solely for some time to see if it pays off or not That’s a problem transmission and because of them being really high demand for them u could sale folks better for cheaper…. That’s a no brainer and everybody wins

Very fast and responsive service just over priced by 1k

Little more expensive then some of the competitors

Be careful with this Merchant. After 288 Miles the solenoid on this motor quit working. Now they don’t want to honor the warranty. The repair cost was 1170 Dollars. The old motor did not get picked up either. Never buy from this company again.

They have good reasonably priced parts , I just wasn’t able to get the price I requested on their message system it’s a little slow response but I guess I’ll just call to get the quote on both the motor and transmission since I need two , each for 2 different cars maybe 3 I don’t know yet , but yes they have good prices on motors

I was looking for prices on an engine , they sent me some. It was quick and relatively painless .
