I am from Chicago and purchased a engine for a wrangler and the engine block did not fit..Moe kept me on hold for over 2 weeks explaining this was a rare case and but never came up with a solution ! The auto shop left messages for Moe to return there call and/or send another engine that would fit and still Moe would not respond.my husband drove two hours away to purchase a engine block that would fit from another company and Moe still has not responded to follow up and when I called to speak to a superior, I was told there was no superior to them and I could only speak to the warranty department if I had a issue ! I will never purchase from Fraser again and u should not either! Fraser is easy to communicate with to make a purchase but hard to communicate with if u have an issue! I will never purchase from Fraser engines again!! Trust me!! Dodge the headache and purchase from another company

They advertise a 4R75E transmission for…
They advertise a 4R75E transmission for $2,349.00 with a three year warranty in stock, free shipping. You try and order the transmission online and they try to charge you for the warranty. You call to order one and they jack the price to $2,899.00. You mention the price being $2,349.00 and they say that transmission is eight weeks out. Classic bait and switch! I never do business with a company is dishonest, especially when it is right from the start.

They may answer, but they won't take your call seriously.
I called to inquire about an engine i saw listed on their website, send my questions through an automated messaging system. I got a response stating to call them to provide more details, so I do. Salesman answers, allows me to speak 4 words before I get an unprotected hold, followed by him hanging up the phone. I decided to text the automated number to state just that, which they ACTUALLY replied, "lol".
Pretty wild for a first experience. Completely unprofessional service.
Besides all these clearly bogus reviews posted to offset their review rating, if you look deep enough, you'll see this is a common occurrence and its bewildering to see the detailed responses from the company trying to justify their employees blatant disrespect towards customers. Its a complete waste of resources putting out fires for something as trivial a potential client calling in (as per instruction from your automated messaging system) to inquire about a product you are selling.
I get it, I called 30 minutes before closing so the sales rep probably didn't "feel like it". I would've appreciated it so much more if he just leveled with me and said, its been a long day, we're close to closing. You mind calling back tomorrow when we will have more time to better assist you?
But here i am, being treated like a joke.

I do not recommend this company.
They don’t stand behind their products, and their warranty is next to useless. They constantly have problems with their systems when you need information, and they show little respect for your time or money. Go local if you can—you’ll be able to hold them accountable far more easily than dealing with the digital wall of an internet company.
Their warranty only covers $50 per hour for shop labor. In Florida, the median rate for transmission work is around $250 per hour. I should have researched that better. The shop I used charged less than the median but still far more than $50. I was sold on the “no-fault” warranty as an extra layer of protection, so I assumed it offered real value. It doesn’t. It doesn’t stack with their regular warranty—it’s still just $50/hour unless you get the 400.00 version that goes up to 99.00 per hour. The only difference is they will send a replacement transmission one time if there’s a problem.
In my case, the transmission they sent was defective. I drove it for about 6-8 weeks before it failed. They first tried a patch job by sending a valve body and solenoid. That failed, so they sent a new unit. The new one seems to be working, but now they expect me to pay for everything beyond their $50/hour labor rate for replacing a defective unit they sent me—another $1,500. No one can convince me that’s right.
When I call, I can’t reach anyone who can actually resolve the situation. It’s always “leave a voicemail.” I was told I’d get a callback in 3 hours or up to 24 hours… My truck has been at the shop for almost two months. They do not seem to care about your time or money. They are fine sending defective equipment and making you pay to fix it. That has been my experience with this company.
Initial experience:
I needed a replacement transmission for a 2015 GMC Sierra and specifically wanted to avoid the same defective torque converter. I ordered an upgraded unit with a heavy-duty torque converter. When I called with questions, they answered quickly, and when they didn’t have the information immediately they followed up with satisfactory answers. Shipping was fast—no complaints there. They did charge a fee for the core waiver, which they disclosed upfront (it should probably be listed on the website, but at least they were honest about it). The fact that they offered a core waiver was one of the reasons I chose them. Other transmission companies don’t disclose freight costs and then hit you with high shipping charges—one quoted over $700. Having worked with freight companies, I know roughly what pallet shipping should cost, so that was a turn-off. These guys were more reasonable on the upgraded transmission.
The shop finished the install without any reported issues and was just doing a leak test when everything looked good to go.
Update after the failure:
Unfortunately, the transmission they sent had defective components—something related to the valves and possibly a solenoid. It wasn’t shifting properly. I was able to drive it for about two months before the problem started. I had purchased their no-fault warranty as added protection, but the warranty department has serious communication problems. After I submitted the claim form, I received no calls or emails. The last email I got was on August 4th when I finished submitting the claim information. When I followed up later, almost nothing had been done. They kept asking for information I had already provided on their own form. This back-and-forth between them and the shop went on for weeks. It’s now been three weeks with no meaningful progress.
The shop spent a couple of days trying to record the noise from the torque converter (which indicated slippage), but that was just part of diagnosing the issue. I still have no email updates from the company. I just got off the phone with them and will have to call again today because they’re waiting on some new approval process for the parts they want to send. Meanwhile, I don’t have the truck I use every day.
It’s a shame, because the sales side seems to have it together—the warranty side does not.

The engine came in and the timing was…
The engine came in and the timing was completely off, my tech had to spend half the day resetting the timing, when I called in to speak to a supervisor an Italian guy told me he didn’t care how many engines we purchased, the only tech support we could get was from the warranty dept, and proceeded to hang up on me for the 3rd time.
This is completely unacceptable and my company will never ever purchase from this company again. Terrible experience terrible product. I would stay away from this company completely.
