Never got a call back about any information

this guy who talked to my other about " the customer not always being right", is what he said, never been talked too in such a rude manor without even a follow up from the ceo, Kept saying he was the owners son friend john and going golfing with his buddy or something like we care, customer support from these was like pulling teeth from a tiger

This is a terrible business or it's just the customer service department. My motor messed up in December 2021 still not resolved. We have been dealing with a man named Paul very rude person.Was very inappropriate with my wife on the phone and hung up on her.Not very professional at all.My motor only had 60,000 miles on it.I paid for extra warranty. And when the motor comes it is not a running motor you have to add sensors and other parts to it.So paul is refusing to send my motor back to the garage so he can take those parts off that I paid for and he needs the motor for a core charge.But now paul only says he is paying for the motor replacement and labor.But those parts are mine legally cause I bought them and I am not paying for them again.And he needs to send the motor back or pay the garage for a core charge and for those parts.But paul is a terrible unprofessional person.We have phone records where he won't return your calls to me or the garage.I am a project Manager of a construction company and I would be fired if I talked to our customers like that or didn't handle a account in a timely manner. I simply called to confirm the quote I received,I couldn't get a straight forward answer I couldn't get to talk to anyone about it.the just keep asking for my name email and phone number the hang up and then text you.

Well I'm only leaving a review for the gift card but I am only leaving 3 stars because I did not receive a call from anyone yet I am asked to leave a review....

I Bought a heavy duty high endurance engine from Fraser for my 2003 Ram 1500 5.7l hemi four years ago. It’s better than the engine that came with it originally, which was made in a foreign country, not Made in America. In fact it’s so damned good that I decided to just restore the entire truck. No way I can find a truck on the market these days worth a damn. I don’t want to see anymore businesses in America fail because we need to buy American to support our own country instead of making everyone else’s wealthy. As for the engine I followed the break in instructions like God himself was telling me to and I keep clean full synthetic Castro oil. As for the employees back then? The guy I spoke with who ran the shop was great and I got a lot of good advice which I followed, now most everyone else was a little rude and because of that I probably wouldn’t buy from them again, I guess I would call and see how it went and go from there. I heard that they are having a lot of relatives working there now, maybe that’s the reason for these “issues”? Relatives will mess up a business quick, where as a guy who is not related isn’t going screw around because he wants to keep his job and he will work harder. Whatever is the problem I sincerely hope Fraser gets it worked out because they make a damn good engine, or at least mine from 4 years ago is. I actually am thinking about buy a new engine for a classic that I got on my property, but we’ll see. But I know that this company was selling their heavy duty high endurance engines to Jasper who then turns around and slap’s on another 1,800 if that helps you any. At least that’s the case for my truck engine.
