We recently stayed with frank porter via air bnb at there STUNNING 2 bed (and maid room) on reem island! The apartment is just stunning the balcony is huge! And all the staff on the apartment block are so friendly and welcoming! We all felt so at home and my children loved the staff, pool and pool table!! Nothing was to much trouble for frank porter or the staff! We actually had our previous appartment (not with frank porter) cancelled just a week before we were due to arrive and even though it was super stressful I honestly think we got an apartment 10 times better!!! The only thing I would like to see next time we come is some plastic crockery and cups for the children! Thank you frank porter we will be back soon 😍

Great location and great view of the Burj Khalifa and downtown buildings. All other important places in Dubai are also easily and conveniently reachable. The apartment itself is also spacious and comfortable, although some details are missing for complete happiness :) There is everything you need for relaxation without even leaving the building - a well-equipped gym, a swimming pool and a training ground next to it, as well as a table tennis table. Convenient parking and helpful attendants. The hosts were very responsive in answering our questions and solving problems, which were not many. Would definitely recommend and would love to return.

Easy communication with Anna and prompt responses. Accommodation was just as described. We arrived on a very late flight but no problem checking in in the early hours.

I own a 2BR apartment in Business Bay, which I have put into short-term rental with Frank Porter. The reason for me was primarily to have someone to look after my apartment while I'm not in Dubai. Frank Porter also furnished the apartment well and the first guests felt comfortable. Then the problems began. The guests damaged the refrigerator. The refrigerator was not repaired by Frank Porter and insects settled in the refridgerator. The guests damaged the umbrella, it was not replaced and not repaired. The cleaning team left the lights on for weeks and I had to pay the electric bill. The bed was stained with coffee, Frank Porter didn't clean it. The apartment was delisted on Airbnb, Frank Porter didn't even notice. Insects were spreading throughout the apartment, but Frank Porter didn't notice. I can understand every guest who no longer books my apartment. Many owners in the building have now terminated their contracts with Frank Porter. So do I. Frank Porter charges high termination fees without Frank Porter taking care of the apartment. The management fee is one of the highest in the market at 17 percent, others are significantly cheaper. Dear Olaf - we are saddened to see that you went ahead with the negative reviews you threatened us with, despite us doing everything in our power to end on good terms. The truth of the matter is that you cancelled your contract with us abruptly, without any notice and without any valid reason. Most probably you had other plans for your property - which is completely normal as we provide a flexible option for our clients. However, as with any contract there are terms you signed off on - namely allowing us notice to move/cancel future bookings. You did not give notice, and refused to pay any termination/relocation fees citing 'maintenance issues' and threatening bad reviews. We immediately organized our maintenance team to attend to these minor issues. You refused, citing 'Frank Porter's incompetence.' Our team checked all photos, issues were very minor so it was clear you just wanted out of the contract immediately and were looking for reasons not to pay anything. Ok. In the end, in good faith and to end on positive terms - the team informed you that you didn't need to pay anything to us - we would attend to your property, fix minor issues and do the handover. You agreed and it seemed we were moving on. Then yesterday - post handover you decided to go ahead with these malicious and false reviews across platforms. I think it speaks volumes about the person you are, and not about the service we provide. By the way - our team is still attending to some minor fixes today, despite your reviews. We choose to stay positive and end on good terms. If your style is spending hours trying to damage our reputation - well then you do you. Good luck in all your future endeavours.

We stayed at an Airbnb managed by Frank Porter and it was an excellent experience. The place was just as advertised and was spotlessly clean. Communication was easy, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience for a one week stay. Good communication from start to finish. Apartment exactly as described - clean, tidy, all amenities provided and excellent location. Would highly recommend for a wonderful experience
