Dubious sales tactics
Their website does not make it obvious that the cut price perfumes they're selling are 'tester' bottles that come in a box marked 'tester - not for sale'. When I called to complain, I was told that is what you ordered, so that is what you got. I've never heard of tester bottles being sold as the genuine retail article. The operative I spoke to was dismissive of my concerns with their sales tactics.

We are sorry you feel this way. Please note that testers are original, brand-name, authentic items; they just come without the fancy packaging or box. A tester is typically used in a department store or fragrance counter. Sometimes they do not have a cap or box, but they are just like the full-priced version. Testers are a great way to save when you know you like the product and rather not pay more for the fancy packaging. Please note that we purchase them from the manufacturer directly only we do not have a store front so we sell them to the customers at a discounted rate.

Item arrived on time; may be fake.
Item arrived on time. Cologne does not smell like original scent/is not as strong as original scent. I suspect it may be fake.
