FragranceX is a scam even the invoice produced was doctored the cost when I ordered the goods was x and when I got the invoice it was y . The item I had ordered three of I only received 2 and the invoice showed a higher price to fit in with 2 items . The products themselves were liquid in a nameless bottle and did not spell of the perfume I ordered . To add insult to injury they charged an exchange rate that I was unaware of and then attempted to take more money from my account . My bank declined their request . They even had the audacity to say I had previous left a 5 star reference complete lies I never had any prior dealings with this outfit and certainly won’t have any thing to do with them in future. The blame is always passed back to the customer. What I would like to know moving forward what government agencies would need to be contacted in order to have the practices of this operation fully investigated.

Yes I received my order I did not like the fragrance and so I sent it back. I still have not received my refund if you could please possibly on my card as soon as possible I would greatly appreciate it did not have a good experience very leary on using your company again.

They are thieves and dishonest. DO NOT BUY. I bought 3 bottles and only got 2. I emailed first and then I called after no response and was told I would get a refund with an email confirmation THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. Customer support then emailed back stating they will 'investigate' its almost been two weeks and they have not done anything to rectify the problem caused like shipping the missing bottle or reimbursement.

What made my experience great was the ease of shopping on the web site and knowing that I received the authentic product I wanted. Thanks again!
