Do not order from these people it's a scam
I bought the wrong aftershave from fragrance X on 28.09.22 i emailed asking for a return address I was given a dpd label I sent the item back for a refund on 03.10.22 after a few weeks I checked my dpd slip and it was marked as returned. I emailed the seller and was told that it was not returned long story short I had to contact PayPal and was only offerd $34 refund out of the $54 I had spend as it cost the difference to return the parcel. Iv been ignored by the seller and my emails have been ignored with generic replys each time. Iv still not had my money back wrost company I have ever delt with.

Please note that you're returning an item that you ordered by mistake. We state on our site the return policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made the error. The shipping fees were already provided to your country. You used our return label as well. Meaning again that we paid for the return. Now I understand you being upset because you ordered the wrong thing. We do state this all on our site. Now if we made the error we would not expect the customer to pay for our mistake. If it was something we did we would own up to it and pay. Have a great holiday! We are truly sorry for any confusion about the return policy.
