I just heard back. As they refunded my $. I really wanted the product. But the fact they responded so quickly I have to update my review . But 1 last thing . When they marked it Next Day Air and it didn’t go out because of missing 1 item. Next time just ship me the products that u do have in stock. Then I wouldn’t have gotten to this point. Waiting for 1 when I had the others. This company just lied there way so I couldn’t cancel the order. First I was promised by the 13th at the latest. Then when it wasn’t received and no responses. I cancelled the order. But then I get a email stating I can’t because it was shipped by next day mail. There excuse was it got stuck.Huh? Then after stating it was shipped next day I never received a tracking number. But the next day I get a email from another dept stating it wasn’t shipped next day (although they marked it shipped so I couldn’t automatically cancel it). In fact they will email me when they can ship it. The Sup who responded lied by marking it shipped. Never was. Now I got no product and no $

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. I do apologize you feel this way. We do strive to make sure all our customers are taken care of. Please note that the order was processed through the warehouse and you attempted to cancel online. The system will not allow you to cancel online unless the order has not been printed. Your order was packed and unfortunately because we have auto shipping the order was put in the wrong carrier box. We then offered to reship with next-day air. which we did but the reshipment was put on hold because there was an item that was out of stock. Your order was refunded in full.
