Michael
I ordered a cologne 2 weeks ago. The cologne was showing out for delivery today. I received an email this afternoon that the cologne is now on back order and would be delayed. I emailed the company and they apologized for the confusion and will credit my card back for the charge. I'm not mad that the cologne was out of stock, I would have waited. It was the way the customer service was. Why wait for the last minute to tell a customer at the very last minute. I will not be ordering from them again
Response from FragranceXOct 8, 2026
Hi Michael! We’re sorry for the confusion and understand why receiving conflicting notifications at the last minute was frustrating. Your order was placed on October 1, 2026, and our records show that it was canceled before it was shipped after we were notified that the fragrance was no longer available. There was therefore no package from this order out for delivery. 📦 The original order confirmation included an estimated delivery date, but the order was later canceled due to the fragrance becoming unavailable. We apologize for the conflicting notifications and the inconvenience this caused. Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 1 to 5 business days. Thank you for your understanding, and we’re sorry that this experience left you disappointed.
