I never got my order delivered, and once i reached out to Fragrance rep about delivery (a good 7 days + after my order my placed), they emailed me saying my order was lost and they'll credit my credit card. No apology no extra discount for future purchases. Very disappointed w/ this.
Response from FragranceXOct 7, 2026
Hi Karen! We’re truly sorry that your order was lost and that our response did not provide the care and apology you deserved. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and for making you feel that your experience was not properly acknowledged. Your feedback is important to us, and we’ll use it to help improve the way we handle situations like this. 📦 We appreciate your feedback and hope we have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.

You sent my package to Utah. I live in South Carolina. You used an old address. The time before A I ordered from you , you sent it to South Carolina. Why you sent it to Utah is anyone's guess. I have friends who retrieved the package and are sending it to me. That is going to cost me more money. When I called you about it, the girl was kinda snotty we me. I didn't appreciate that. Also the sprayers don't always work. I buy spray bottles from Walmart and put the cologne in them so I can use the cologne.
Response from FragranceXOct 7, 2026
Hi Dennis! We’re very sorry for the frustration this situation caused, especially with the additional cost and inconvenience of having your package forwarded to you. We also apologize that your interaction with our customer service team did not feel as courteous and helpful as it should have. We understand how upsetting that must have been. Our system does not automatically change the shipping address on an order, and we did not receive a request to update the address before the order shipped. The shipping address can be reviewed at three points during the ordering process: During checkout: The shipping address is displayed for review before completing the payment. After placing the order: The shipping information is displayed immediately after the order is submitted. Order confirmation email: A confirmation email is sent immediately after the order is placed and includes the billing and shipping information for one final review. Regarding the sprayers, we’re also sorry to hear you’ve experienced issues with them. We understand how frustrating it is when a product cannot be used as expected. Please contact our Customer Service team with your order details so we can review the issue and assist you with the damaged or defective sprayer. We’ll be happy to look into this for you. We truly appreciate your feedback and regret that this order did not provide the experience you expected.
