Your Order #55675603 Your Order #55675603 Ordered on 02 December 2022 as they stated that delivery will be between 8th to 20th December. When i call the courier company (Dawnwing) they said they did not receive the parcel, and they have informed FragranceX that they did get my package. I have sent emails to their email but they not responding to my emails anymore. If you email support Mariz is of no use, so there is no use having a support function.

I do apologize you feel this way. We do strive to make sure all of our customers are taken care of. Please note that unfortunately there are delays in your country's customs office. Your order shipped out on December 2, 2022. When the order has passed through customs the carrier will update the tracking for you. Thank you!
