DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! I spent over 500 USD for two different colognes they at first refused to process my shipment AFTER taking my money despite the problem being on THEIR END. After having to show them documents from my bank proving that they were WRONG they finally “shipped” my order. Well it’s been a week and there has not been a single update by UPS besides saying they have made a label for my order so obviously they haven’t got it! I then emailed them at around 530am-6am today about these problems and got an automated response saying they would respond within 1 business day and it’s past midnight now. For your own well-being and money DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE THE DISCOUNT ISNT WORTH IT IF YOU NEVER GET YOUR PRODUCT!

I tried to purchase from this website for days. They keep asking for a code my bank doesn’t have, and referring me to a department that doesn’t exist. I just wanted to make a purchase for the holidays. They are awful. Customer service takes forever to pick up the phone. The only way to contact the billing department is through email. I did everything they asked changed forms of payment and still got canceled. Now all my money is on hold like the product they’re supposed to send. So disappointed. Billing reply: You obviously looked at the wrong person because I have several emails I sent to the billing. Also, I called the 718 number I was given by my bank to handle this matter. Don’t try to down play my review to make your company look good. Like I said before, I have never had this much trouble putting in an order. I also have never had a company who’s customer service and billing department could help me or give better instructions on how to get an authorization code.
