Order placed on the 1st of December. Received numerous texts from the delivery company to say it was going to be delivered on a certain day but all promises were broken. FragranceX emailed on the 21st to say they had an incomplete address (PayPal address and one I’ve used for years !) and could I send them more information. Requested a credit and still waiting. Shocking business stay well clear The delivery service, used by FragranceX, never contacted me for address confirmation. They did text me numerous times and promised delivery but it never happened. When I eventually got to talk to someone at DPD they said they were returning the item to Fragrance X. DPD never offered any reason for not delivering. Fragrance X then emailed me on the 21st December asking for address confirmation, even though my address was on their order confirmation !!!!! So now we are at the 8th January and I still have not received my credit.

Started my fragrance collection and this is my go to when it comes to buying fragrance. The best ever and very fast delivery. Wide range of selection for a reasonable price. I would recommend this website because they are the best!😚🫡☝️👏

I’m writing a review before I receive my order #56780185 hoping it will be delivered with in the two days of shipping since I paid the extra cost . Please don’t fail me it’s a gift for my sons . I spent over $750 for two colognes I’m hoping everything will arrive by Friday the latest but would truly be happy if sooner .

My package came quick it was nicely packed and it smells great 10/10
