Shipping was super fast and the fragrance are awesome

I have received a refund of my order #56713744 and a replacement for order #56551864 I was told was en route. To be clear, I have no issue with the product or the online store, my issue was for their customer service. It's too bad because the product will sell itself. Also, maybe someone should check items thoroughly before it is packed, but with the holidays mistakes can happen, I get it. Customer service just needs to do a better job.

The shopping experience on this website is simple and user friendly. I am not impressed with the need to contact my bank for a code for each transaction, however when that is done,the shipping is quick and on time The packaging on my orders were sturdy and my order was safe inside
