FragranceX replied to my review here 5 days ago claiming they sent me the return label since the 6th February 2023. I checked, checked and rechecked my email but there was no attachment. I even got my family members to check in case I've missed it but they didn't see any label either. I have never in my life had to chase any company for returns as much i have this FragranceX company. I guess your aim is to frustrate me into giving up returning the fragrances. I really regret ever buying from this company and i will never buy from you, ever again. It wouldn't have been this painful if i only bought 1 or 2 products from but 5! OMG! Hope this review will help others from falling a victim.

I ordered a Hermes perfume at £140 for my wife. When the perfume arrived it smelled nothing like the perfume and the smell faded after seconds rather than hours. Asked FragranceX for a refund and was told there would be a $34-35 charge. Very reluctantly I accepted as I obviously got stung. A refund that deducts 15-20% of the purchase price to me is not a refund, it's something else. If I could score minus 10 I would. How has this company got a 4star rating... AVOID AT ALL COST.

Love this parfume

I ordered two perfumes.. Femme Rochas and Elizabeth Arden red door .I know Femme Rochas is an old fragrance and it's not produced anymore.. The order came quickly ,which I was happy. Unfortunately Elizabeth Arden didn't smell the same.. it smelled old and didn't stay on as the original.. As for Femme Rochas it was terrible it smelled ancient and a strong smell of pepper, which is actually the spice cumin which is one of their notes.. There is no possible way that you can even wear it..it smells horrendous!! not even as an air freshner you can use it.. when it dries on your skin it smells like dirty derriere.. They might be authentic, but the problem these perfumes unfortunately are very old.. That is why they're are less costly than buying in the stores..Sorry I won't be buying anymore and if I do is just for the vintage bottle..
