Arrived quicker than I expected, always a bonus! I was impressed with the well protected packaging, as Ring has witnessed some “tossing of the caber” !

This is the worst ordering experience I’ve ever encountered !!! Ordering was easy but it’s been two weeks and my shipment/ order hasn’t moved out of New Jersey!!!! And I keep getting the run around from the customer service folks on the phone! I just want my order or a full refund!!!
Response from FragranceXOct 12, 2026
Hi Zach! We're truly sorry for the frustrating experience you've had with your order and our customer service team. We understand how upsetting it is to wait weeks for a shipment without meaningful updates. This is not the experience we want for our customers, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please reach out to our customer service team with your order details so we can review the shipment status and help clarify the available options. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to address your concerns.

The fragrance was delivered fine! The price was good as well. the order process was great as well. I wish that I had the cologne to use but a porch pirate is wearing it! As all I got was an empty box sitting at my door.
