good experience got product

Muy buenos perfumes, me encantan, siempre mis productos llegan en buen estado y tal cual lo que pido.

Wonderful, super fast service and delivery. Will definitely order again

At the beginning there was a misunderstood with the order, the support was excellent, above my expectations. After doing properly the purchase, the perfumes arrived fast. I will definitely buy again from them.

After months I finally received a £65 refund. It’s hard to get in touch with anyone through email and there’s no live chat feature. I called from uk and we have a time difference but didn’t get through to anyone and plus I work full time. Perfume didn’t smell like original.

After reading the reviews from people in the UK I was very worried and thought I got scammed. I kept checking the tracking and everything looked ok. Got a message this morning saying it would be delivered and it was. It was packaged perfectly and the scent is what I was expecting it to bee. It took 6 working days. I am very satisfied and will definitely be ordering again.

ordered Tiziana Terenzi Casanova from fragrancex.com and i have to say it arrived quicker from the US to the UK than any other package I ordered before locally. it took 2 days to arrive! I could not believe it :) overall great service. will use again.

Item in stock and was received in a timely manner
