Another great transaction with FragranceX. They are one of my go to discounters for fragrances. Selection, shipping, price and quality have all be good on the many purchases I've made. I will continue using them and recommend.

it's been over a month now since I placed an order and i am yet to receive tracking information. Sent dozens of emails to support, but all of them remains unanswered till date. Now thinking of filing claim with my credit card issuer to get the refund. Edit - 13-04-2023 After series of mail exchange I finally received my refund today. Probably it was the rep's fualt who was assigned the case and did not care to response in timely manner.
