I did not receive my package. The usps record shows the package was delivered to parcel locker but parcel locker has no record. I as a long time customer spend several hundreds of dollar in past, lost my money. So disappointed and will never buy anything from this company,

The package was delivered, as per USPS Delivery Records, on October 11th to the address you provided at check out. Since you advised that you did not receive it, a claim was opened with the carrier to dispute the delivery of this package. Worst experience. I ordered 3 perfumes and shampoo for nearly 110 $ since august and I didn’t received my package until now. I have been writing many many times to FragrencsX.com customer service and I explained to them that I didn’t receive my package, but each time they write to me that they still working on the case. They didn’t respond to my last email. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. Never buy from them, you will loose your money, and really worst customer service ever seen. I wish I can find link to upload bank transfer copies and all other documents I have it here

Had Two Orders Worth Around $400 CAD. Didn't liked the products and initiated a return knowing that they will charge $10 for return lable. Sent the parcels back and delivered. After More than two weeks no refund received. contacted them and they told me that i will receive refund and taxes will not be refunded. This is the first company i had to deal with which doesn't refund your taxes stating that they pay taxes to customs and they are non-refundable. contacted the customs department they asked for an import slip or landing bill or some sort of information related to the parcels to proceed with a Customs tax refund but this crap company doesn't even provide any information related to my parcels to proceed with the customs process. Lost Around $90 CAD for no reason including Return label and Taxes. And they don't have anything related to non-refundable taxes on their website. Total scam, if you need to return items get ready to lose money.

After much, much hesitation from hearing the word going around about purchasing a fragrance from this site; I’ve either heard it’s a scam and you’ll never receive your item, or when you do it’ll either be months later and a it might even be a knock off of the original. So I took a plunge and ordered a fragrance despite all the negative reviews. Lo an behold, I placed an or 2 Oct 2023 (Im from South Africa), the site said it would take 14 days to deliver. Only thing is, I can’t track my order from the link they supplied and no update from the site about my order. My feeling is that there is going to be story after story similar to those I’ve heard from people and read from reviews. It a scam. Knock-off. If I don’t receive my fragrance as it’s sold in store and advertised on their site, I have no problem contacting Interpol to open a fraud case; and receiving my full refund. And then I will go on every social media platform, review site and even word of mouth to warn people of the horrible bed side manner these people have. It’s unfortunate because the site has fragrances we can’t get in South Africa anymore, but to go through all of this, I’d rather travel to the states to get my fragrances Be very very careful! Or avoid altogether
