Excellent service. I cannot get the perfume I ordered here in the UK, or if I can it's an extortionate price. Ordered testers from this company. They arrived today and are absolutely gorgeous. Fast service too.

I have used them multiple times and always been satisfied with the product and the delivery. The only slight drawback is they keep sending offers by email, difficult when you don't want to be tempted but you don't want to unsubscribe lol.

¡Hola!

I ordered two colognes to ship to my residence in Canada. The item I received was a book. All shipping labels were firmly attached to the package from FragranceX/NY, etc.; they did not seem to be manipulated or tampered with. It looks as if the book came directly from their warehouse in New York, but how? They don't sell books. I went through a long and arduous process with Paypal for the refund in the end. I have ordered from them before with no issue, but this time I am confused as to how I could have received what I did, and no explanation was given, so 3 stars. Not that it makes any difference now, but somewhere along the way, someone got two expensive colognes instead of a book. I will be ordering from within Canada from now on.

Dear Jay, We hope this message finds you well. First and foremost, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with your recent order. We take all customer feedback seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. After thoroughly investigating the matter, we can confirm that your order was dispatched from our warehouse in New York, containing the two colognes you originally selected. Our shipping records indicate that the package left our facility with the correct weight consistent with the items you purchased. We understand the confusion surrounding the unexpected receipt of a book instead of the colognes you ordered. We would like to assure you that we do not carry or sell books in our inventory. It appears that somewhere along the transit/delivery process, an error occurred. We appreciate your patience during the resolution process with PayPal, and we're pleased to hear that the matter has been resolved. If you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer service team.

I ordered perfume and gave this company my postcode PO29EP and when they sent confirmation to me they put E148JH which is London and I ovs live in Portsmouth, when I contacted them with this they took no responsibility at all and I feel they grew inpatient/sarcastic , I have to sort my end apparently though if it doesn’t arrive I shall be contacting my credit card re refund , will never use the company again even though it seems the only place to get my most favourite perfume

Dear Jean, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. We sincerely apologize for any confusion surrounding the postcode discrepancy in your recent order. Upon careful review, we noted that no postcode was provided in the original order. Our system automatically verified and added a valid zip code for the shipping process, which in this case, was not the correct one. We apologize for this. To ensure delivery, we can request DPD to leave the parcel for convenient pickup at a DPD shop of your choice. If you could kindly provide us with the details of your preferred DPD shop by responding to the email from Customer Service, we will coordinate with the courier for a hassle-free pickup. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in resolving this matter. If you have any further questions or concerns, please let us know.
