I have been a customer of FragranceX for a long time and found them to be excellent. I recently had and order returned to FragranceX for an unknown reason. I was given a refund for the amount paid and received an acknowledgement of the returned merchandise. It seems to have been handled in a way consistent with my overall experience of gold standard customer service. Thank you!!

Site non fiable, service client irrespectueux
J'ai eu une très mauvaise expérience sur ce site et en voici les détails:
J'ai passé plusieurs commandes sur le site, et mes commandes ont été tous rejetés SANS MOTIFS. J'ai utilisé des moyens de paiement différents, mais le constat est le même: commande annulé!!
La banque de son coté me confirme qui ont accordé les autorisations de paiement, et que c'est le commerçant qui refuse les commandes (commandes: 61390459, 61534498, 61536199, 61555012, 61564960, 61564960) J'ai contacté le service client qui m'ont demandé de passer à nouveau les commandes en envoyant un document d'identité (c'est un peu bizarre, mais je l'ai fait quand même). J'ai fait ce qu'on m'a demandé, malgré ça les les commandes ont été à nouveaux refusé (commandes: 61634131, 61645639). J'ai recontacté le service client pour avoir des explications sur le motif de rejet; mais et je n'ai eu aucune réponse jusqu'à aujourd'hui ! (tickets: 2383284, 2381398)
Bref, je suis très déçu et je ne recommande aucunement ce site. Le service client (support) sont irrespectueux vis à vis des clients (pas de réponse aux mails) voir même des incompétents.

Product like original, the scent is lovely...
The box it was damaged a bit i think because of the transportation but nothing significant.
