Late delivery very disappointed in the customer service addressing the issue and not much on compensating me for the inconvenience of not receiving my product and having my payment taken.

Horrible shipping. I ordered on Sept. 28 and I still don't have my order. I was told by Fragrance X customer service that the order was already on it's way. Well when confronted with facts they started making excuses for a botched order. This was a birthday gift. I would not order from Fragrance X again not with this pony express shipping. No excuses.
Response from FragranceXOct 13, 2026

We understand how disappointing it is when a birthday gift is delayed, and we’re sorry for the frustration caused by the shipping experience and communication.
