I have ordered from FragranceX over the years since 2015, except in the very few instances where I could find a better price locally. My orders from 2015-2022 have all arrived quite quickly (within the week usually despite coming from the US), and they have all been the genuine product. I made a purchase over one week ago as the price was much better than what I could find locally, however as I mentioned it has been over one week and my order has not even shipped even though I received the shipment notification about two hours after I made my purchase. My first point of call was to contact DHL to ask for an update, but they advised that the order hasn't even been picked up. I then forwarded this email to FragranceX and requested an explanation and update, however I was met with several responses ranging from "the order has been shipped" to "your order will be shipped at the end of the week" to "your order was shipped on (date I placed my order)" again despite me providing evidence from DHL that this is not true and FragranceX not providing any evidence that they have indeed shipped my order. I have given up on getting an answer as clearly I will not be getting one. While I am sure that the product I (hopefully) receive will be genuine, this is absolutely the last time I will be using FragranceX even if it means I need to pay anywhere from 20-50% more. I would have cancelled my order if that was an option due to the appalling customer service alone...
