You tricked me into buy eau de toilette instead of the parfum. I am pissed.

Prices are good and delivery time is not bad. However, I have ordered a few colognes from various lesser know designers. The all smell exactly the same. I mean... IDENTICAL! I am not happy about this. If it happens again...I will shop elsewhere.
Response from FragranceXOct 14, 2026
Hi Mark! We’re sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with your experience. We understand your concerns about the fragrances smelling too similar, and we take your feedback seriously. Please contact our customer service team with the product details so we can look into your concerns.

My order was not shipped when it was alleged. I just finally got my order today from the 29 of September. It was not 3-7. I won’t be using them again.
Response from FragranceXOct 14, 2026
Hi Melissa! We’re sorry your order took longer than expected to arrive. We understand how disappointing it is when delivery times fall short of expectations, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

FragranceX website is easy to negotiate. I recently explored a new fragrance for me. I found it easily and I was able to try the travel size first. It was a go for me. I then found the full size easily. The price was easily 40% less than the department store and the fragrance is true. I love it! I order about every two years and will continue for years to come. Excellent service!
