I used to love this store! I ordered from them all the time and sung their praises whenever someone complimented me on my perfume. Recently, I purchased just over $40 of samples, and the USPS lost the package. I contacted FrangranceX regarding this, and rather than immediately giving me a refund, they filed a loss report with USPS. Shocker of all shockers, USPS refused to take responsibility, and FrangranceX decided to burn down a loyal customer instead of losing out on $40. So, proceed with caution knowing you might not get what you ordered.

Received my package today.. A day earlier than expected and a perfect pristine 6oz bottle of Joop! This transaction went so well I want to order more, and I will. Thanks for being legit and fulfilling everything you offer with excellence.

I enjoy the fragrance, but having problems tracking the orders and no delivery date after ordering

I ordered several items within this month. One of the items was a Cartier perfume, Baiser Vole. I opened the item a few days ago. First of all, the packaging inside the box, the cardboard, was damaged. I sprayed a small amount and the scent was FAR FROM what this perfume smells like. In fact, it smells like a bad imitation of an already cheap perfume. I have been using this very perfume since it came out in 2011. I still have another bottle that I have been using with little left in it, bought at duty free, and the scent of the one Fragrancex sent me is NOWHERE NEAR the scent of this perfume. It is clearly a bad copy that smells nothing like the original. When I wrote to them to be refunded for this, upon returning the item, I was told that I have to pay for the return myself!! So I have to pay to return their bad product AND for any "customs charges" all the way from Stockholm to New York (!) and they told me I would be refunded within "one billing cycle", not immediately... When I insisted they should pay for the return fare, I got an even more arrogant response saying "Please note that we cannot accept your claim that you received an item that is not genuine, we guarantee the quality of our items". This is just unbelievable. I have been buying perfume from this company for a long time now, and this was an absolutely disappointing experience. I have an event and trip coming up for which I bought this perfume, and learned a hard lesson that Fragrancex is no longer a reliable online company. On top of it, their customer care specialists are very unprofessional and unhelpful.
