I was charged additional $ 8.67 AUD for international transaction. The prices were listed in AUD and I didn't expect this additional charge. Probably better to buy with local Australia business and avoid additional charges

I purchased creed aftershave for a Christmas present for my husband, it was delivered on the 4th December 2025, it cost £360, although it was very expensive, I thought he would love this present, after opening it on Christmas day, the nossle was very flimsy, the box was like paper, he sprayed it, right away he asked where it came from? I told him it was from fragrance x, he knew immediately it was a fake, I agreed with him as there was hardly any smell to it, I became very upset, I decided to contact fragrance x by email, they immediately refused to exchange or refund my money as it had gone over the 30 day rule for refunds or returns, I told them I only realised there was a problem with this aftershave on Christmas day. Also explained that people dont open the box when they receive the item, obviously not knowing it was a fake? I have received another email today after explaining the above but they do not want to know, I am disgusted by their handling of my complaint

Ordered something from them and the item was marked delivered and they refuse the refund or reshippment. They are actively fighting my dispute with a delivery confirmation when I have cameras that show no delivery. I will never order from this place again

According to the tracking information provided by USPS, the order was marked as delivered to the address on file. When a delivery is confirmed by the carrier, FragranceX.com is unable to approve a refund or reshipment as a courtesy 🚚 Since you mentioned having security cameras that show no delivery, we recommend contacting your local post office directly to request an investigation and open a claim. Another twisting story. There is no case pending. Another blatant lie. I can send you the proof on my PayPal. Why you never provided me with my order details where according to you I opted an option that you can leave my package outside. The signatures were wrong. Nobody was at home. I was at work? Who is responsible here. I provided my audio call recording with dpd. I provided my work timing proof. I provided with wrong signature proof. I asked for one proof and you failed to provide that. I had collected parcels in the past from collection points and never asked any delivery company or the seller to drop outside. According to you it was delivered in some bin. Did I ask that to be done? Please be reasonable. I am really disappointed and would never recommend anybody for this overseas purchase. Pay more to local sellers in uk. Atleast one will ve a number to contact. I lost 266 dollar package. Not a small money. Those were christmas gifts. Its an irony that company is still twisting the story. If you prove that a PayPal case is open as of the time of your reply,I will rest my case. Its a blatant lie. I am sorry for this language but I feel belittled with these replies of yours where you are denying all the factual empirical evidence I provided. You have been unable to consider any of that. My own name spellings were wrong. Come on? Never recieved the order. Some fake signature with wrong spellings of the name were on the delivery. First they said when I ordered I asked them to leave the package outside if I am not home. I never opted for any option. I requested for a proof for that option and never recieved a reply from them. I provided all the evidence that I was at work and God knows who signed the parcel with my name spelt wrong. Fragrance x refused to take the responsibility. They ruined my xmas gifts They didnt consider any of my substantiate evidence I provided. Poor customer service and poor communication. Dont but from them ever again. I have proof of all of communication,yet they failed to acknowledge.
