This was my second time ordering from them. This time I ordered a bottle of Prada Amber Intense. I received my order 4 days later. It's authentic and fantastic! I would definitely recommend and order from them again.

I tried to cancel an order the same day it was placed, as I had changed my mind, I recieved an email back the following day, addressing me by part of my email address not even my name, informing me that my order had already shipped so they were not able to cancel it. However, I had not received any shipping notification or tracking information and when I checked my order status it still said processing. I will be returning the perfume and asking for a refund. Their customer service is a joke.
