I bought mancera velvet vanilla
I bought mancera velvet vanilla. It had absolutely no scent to it and it burned my skin. I think it was a fake. It happens. I used 1/3 of it to keep trying thinking maybe it needed to settle a few days. Nope didn’t happen. I sent it back paid for shipping . They did not refund me the entire amount because it was only 2/3 full. I think they should have given me my entire amount back or another bottle to try. I realize there are fakes out there. I buy a lot of perfume. So I won’t go back to them as this was my first encounter with fragranceshop and I think they could have done better by me. Repeat business and word of mouth is everything . I don’t think they get that as I see the reviews on them are not so great . Live and learn

All of our products are 100% authentic, as they are imported directly from authorized distributors. Our policy does not allow returns on used fragrances. However, as a courtesy, we made an exception and accepted your return even though the bottle had been partially used. A full refund cannot be issued for a product that was significantly used. We appreciate your understanding.
