They have great prices and extremely fast shipping, just wish they had a bigger selection on site but other than that great place to buy your fragrances

I never received it. I've bought products from you in the past and had no problems. This time did not receive my order.

The worst experience I have had with a fragrance company! I place an order since March 12th and it never came, I reached out to customer support for a replacement and they did absolutely nothing but forwarded me a week later the same lagging tracking number that hasn’t delivered my package since inordered it. I will never shop with you guys again!
Response from FragranceShop.comApr 4, 2026
We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced with your order. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we understand your disappointment. According to our records, your package was shipped on March 12 via USPS (tracking number 9261290339726072060297). Unfortunately, tracking indicates that the shipment stopped moving after March 22. We have already reached out to the carrier to investigate this delay. Our team has responded to your previous inquiries to keep you informed and also offered to send a replacement package. However, it appears that some of our messages were returned with a “mail delivery failed: returning message to sender” error, which may have prevented you from receiving our updates. We would still very much like to resolve this for you. Please contact us again using an alternative email address or method so we can promptly arrange either a replacement or another suitable resolution. Thank you for your patience, and again, we sincerely apologize for this experience.

We are unable to locate any order under the name “UC” in our system. Emails are sent automatically, including an order confirmation immediately upon completion of the purchase and a subsequent notification once the order has shipped. It took 9 days to deliver and delivery didn’t occur until after the scheduled date noted on tracking info. Other alternatives delivery same or next day.
Response from FragranceShop.comMar 31, 2026
We apologize for the delay. We always aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. As noted on our website and in your order confirmation, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on the destination. As your order was shipped from New Jersey to Arizona and placed over the weekend, the delivery timeframe was within this window. We appreciate your patience and your feedback.

I have arthritic hands and can't use the spray perfumes so I looked for roll on fragrances. I was delighted to find some. I rolled on a bit too much on my first attempt at using it but quickly got the hang of it. Your website is very user friendly as well.
