We ordered 3 D & G devotion Cologne for…
We ordered 3 D & G devotion Cologne for men. The package came just 2. We emailed them the same day, the reply is " All items have been confirmed shipped". We chat with a rep, she asked us to fill a form with $5.00 refundable before we can talk to a Tech!! This is as bad as it can be regarding the customer services. Also, there is no customer service phone that works. We either can't find any package slip or invoice in the box!!

We understand your concern; however, our packing station footage and the shipment weight recorded by the carrier both confirm that all 6 items were included at dispatch. We also want to clarify that we do not charge any fees (such as $5) to access customer support, nor do we require any such forms—this appears to be a misunderstanding.
