Excellent customer service.

I forgot to get the representative’s name because we were in the fragrance zone! However, he was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and patient. I came into the store with a list of small goods that I was interested in, but they had one of the many. After reading the list, he did his best to find similar scents for me, which led me to leaving with three. I’d love to put him in my purse for my next fragrance adventure!

It came earlier than expected. It smells amazing

First of all I paid $50 for a single bottle of my fragrance. I went to another store and paid $17 for the exact same thing! I was then told I cannot return my purchase, after having my purchase checked to see if it was sprayed, which I hadn't even opened, I felt like I was being treated as a liar. So I will not be shopping in your store ever again, thank you.

Very acceptable place to shop employees great you and try yo help multiple customers at a time employee Daniel is very great shares his mind on what colognes are good and what is bad and keeps his opinion truthful and the nice lady along with Daniel shares her great opinions on what colognes and perfumes are good along with how both of them help you with the prices and how they explain the stores sale.

We recently stopped into your store at the Cincinnati Premium Outlet in Ohio. Just wanted to take a minute to share and compliment your employee “Darius”. This young man was welcoming as we entered the store, very knowledgeable with all fragrances, and attentive to all questions we had for him. He was a wealth of knowledge for my nephew and let us take our time with learning about the brands he was interested in. We would also like to say that for the first time we did not feel pressured to purchase which allowed us to walk the outlet and return to purchase. Darius needs to be acknowledged as an extraordinary employee that others could learn from with his friendliness and knowledge of your products within your store!
