Your sales representative was polite and very helpful. I told her I'm looking for a light and subtle perfume and she took me to the section to try a few scents. I also asked for a travel bottle but learned there was a refill personal spray bottle. She made my search very pleasant and easy.

The customer service my son didn't know what cologne he was looking for the employee took the time to look and help as much as she could

I am disappointed with fragrance outlet. I purchased nearly $300 of cologne. The next day I opened one of the expensive cologne items named (Ombre oud) parfum ($160) I tried to spray the cologne on me and the cologne bottle leaked all over at the neck of the spray bottle. Very wasteful. All of this happened within two days from purchase. I went back to get a replacement or my money back and I spoke with a young man who said he is the manager (Nick) and he tried to insist that I wasn’t having any issues with the cologne and tried to get me to accept a faulty packaged cologne. The young man later told me that the cologne shouldn’t have been sold to me and the cologne I purchased had been recalled because of the leaking bottle but it was still sold to me and he wanted me to accept their mistake. I was unable to get my money back and he insisted on me choosing another cologne for replacement (that I didn’t want) After speaking with this young man I found out their cologne is marked up $50 higher than what a person can get at Sephora or Ulta VERY SADLY HANDLED SITUATION Do a little homework and google the item you are interested in before You hand over your hard earned money to fragrance outlet. Lesson learned

The lady was SUPER helpful & very knowledgeable on all her products. My 11 year old grandson was the client & she treated him with great importance. I’ll come back because of her. Great employee!

I loved how it was packaged very nicely arrived just in time and got freebies and one think I love is businesses that do that and overall was happy with my body mists that I got for a good price. I will definitely be buying more from here!

She was so friendly and allowed me to smell the fragrance on her arm & recommended the best smelling vanilla perfume
