Well tried to give them a chance to make things right but they have failed. Was sold a counterfeit Sauvage EDP at their Castle Rock, CO store while on vacation. Got home to open the box and found it to be counterfeit. $152.99 was the price, 165.00 with tax. Discovered the bottle was fake and made a You Tube about it (im a fragrance collector/influencer with over 150 bottles) then proceeded to call customer service, they direct me to a district manager. Long story short, they tried to deny it was fake but they say send the bottle back with receipt and they will exchange, if not satisfied with 2nd bottle they would refund me, but the manager of the store will send Pics of the box bottle before sending. Finally get the pics, it's basically the same bottle with the same batch code printed on it (Dior doesn't print batch codes numbers on their bottles, the laser itch them) so I just told them to give me a refund. They agreed. That was September 2nd and today is the 18th. No refund has hit my bank. They are now ignoring my messages and their customer service goes to voicemail. Shady company as far as I can tell and I would not waste no money buying anything niche or designer as it may be counterfeit. So I just have $165 in limbo because they first sold me a counterfeit and 2nd, they have yet to issue my refund. I did go buy a authentic bottle at Sephora for retail, so im in the hole until and if I get my money back. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

First of all, I live about four hours away in Maryland and I always always stop in to see what the latest fragrances are. The Bogo specials are one of my favorites. The buy one get half off one of my favorites and seeing my dear friend for many years that has been working there Virginia. I cannot say enough about Virginia she always makes my visit complete. She is great at what she does she suggest the sales all the time sometimes I come in just for one bottle and I’ll leave with six so she’s doing an excellent job. I’m always pleased to see her there and your shop is very clean neat and orderly and I have sent some of my other Friends and family there from Maryland and I will always return.
