The man who help me is very kind and helpful

From the moment me and my boyfriend walked in, we were welcomed warmly by Kelly. She went above and beyond truthfully. She was very patient with us as we tested new scents- really giving us the opportunity to find the perfect fit for the both of us. She was very attentive, charismatic, and is the walking example of what customer service should be. Aside from that, we appreciated her professionalism and her ability to cater to our preferences. It's apparent she is very knowledgeable. What we noticed however, is the lack of professionalism in the other employees. They would have personal conversations and make inappropriate jokes at a voice level able to be heard by the other customers. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and will be returning given the amazing customer service provided! Thanks so much!
