I have over 30 frames now. Last order (for the first time) had a couple of them broken and fracturme immediately replaced them. We love these frames and have given them out as gifts to friends and family.

The picture came all washed out. I can hardly see the image. I viewed this image on my computer and it didn't look like this. I'm not sure how I was supposed to know it would be all washed out. I feel ripped off.

So I received my Bella wall hangings and 2 out of 3 are flawed, I have sent 3 emails with pictures of the chipped corner and white edge. It’s been 3days now with no response. So I would say that is poor customer service.when you boost about a”real person will contact you usually in 24 hours” and it’s been 3days with no response, but yet I get emails to buy more pictures !

It was perfect my wife cried like a baby

I ordered the photo to mount in an illuminated shadow box, it arrived with a black cardboard wall hangar attached with a strong adhesive. As a wall photo, it is less attractive than a Cibachrome. I carefully removed the backing but the photo suffered several holes (separation of the emulsion). I did confirm that it would have made a spectacular illuminated display except for the damage so it was discarded within an hour of receiving it.

This was my 2nd purchase from FractureMe. I am quite pleased with the speedy delivery of my project and will placing more orders in the near future. This order was the Classic Rectangular Glass Print.

These photos turned out beautiful on glass. The color is so bright and sharp. It was also packaged very nicely, no breakage or scratches. Very professional job, thank you!
